How It Works

  1. Customers are required to obtain a digital Stamp Card by scanning the QR Code provided from our communication platforms. Eg, tent card, website/FB, etc.
  2. To activate the Digital Stamp Card, you will need to register an account with your contact details (name, mobile number and e-mail).
  3. You will receive an OTP via SMS sent to your registered mobile number to verify your contact details, and thereafter you will receive the Digital Stamp Card instantly via SMS and email with a link to begin collecting stamps at MyTOWN Shopping Centre.
  4. Follow the instructions on the stamp card to unlock the reward. Eg, Download MyTOWNKL App or spend a minimum purchase of RM20.00 – RM150.00 at any MyTOWNKL’s outlets.
  5. Follow the instructions on the stamp card to key in the receipt amount, select outlet name and upload the receipt. The receipt will be subjected to verification and within 3 business days you will receive the eVoucher rewarded into your account.
  6. Alternatively, you may also verify your receipt at the Concierge Counter, Ground Floor. The Concierge team will key in a 6-digit pin code to award the stamp and reward.
  7. Collect ALL 9 stamps to stand a chance of winning the GRAND PRIZE!
  8. To redeem the reward, please proceed to the participating outlet and present your eVoucher. The retail assistant /cashier will key in a 6-digit pin code and the transacted amount onto your mobile device to allow for the redemption of the eVoucher.

  2. Each shopper shall only be entitled to download ONE (1) Digital Stamp Card during the Campaign period.
  3. Receipt Submission must be made on the same day of purchase in MyTOWNKL (excluding IKEA, Village Grocer, Celebrity Fitness, money changer, bill payment, pre-paid reload services, pop up stores, and kiosks or any roadshows).
  4. Only ONE (1) original receipt is accepted for each task. No duplicate, handwritten or combined receipt(s) will be accepted.
  5. ONE (1) receipt can only be used for one specific task / grid.
  6. Each shopper is eligible to do submission for TWO (2) tasks per day.
  7. Shopper to present the digital stamp card to the Concierge Counter when collecting stamps.
  8. The Management reserves the right to disqualify any participation that do not meet the rules and regulations of the Campaign including entry submitted with incomplete, invalid, or incorrect information.
  9. The Management retains the right to reject any receipt that has been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable.
  10. The Management reserves the right to change or amend Campaign mechanism at any point in time, at the Management’s sole and absolute discretion.

eVoucher (Reward) Terms and Conditions:

  1. All eVoucher is redeemable at MyTOWNKL Shopping Centre only. Not valid at any other outlets or online purchase.
  2. All eVouchers are on first come first serve basis, subject to the eVoucher’s availability during the Campaign Period.
  3. The eVoucher is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash and may be subject to availability and while stocks last.
  4. All eVoucher will only be valid within the stipulated period. Strictly no extension will be allowed.
  5. If due to any circumstances beyond control where the Management is unable to provide the stated Campaign eVouchers or any part thereof, the Management reserves the right to substitute the Campaign eVouchers with any eVouchers of equal or greater value, to be determined at the Management’s sole and absolute discretion subject to availability and while stock last.
  6. The Management shall not be responsible for any lost or stolen of the Digital Stamp Card/receipt/eVoucher and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
  7. Reward is on first come first serve basis, subject to the availability during the Campaign Period. Selection is not allowed.

General Terms and Conditions:

  1. The Campaign is open to all Malaysian shoppers of MyTOWN Shopping Centre aged 18 years old and above, except employees of Boustead Ikano Sdn Bhd (“Management”), employees of concessionaires, advertising agencies, MyTOWNKL’s tenants and their respective immediate families.
  2. By participating in the Campaign, the participant agrees to be bound by this Terms and Conditions and any rules and regulations made by the Management.
  3. The Management reserves the right to disqualify any entry that do not meet the rules and regulations of the participation including entry submitted with incomplete, invalid, or incorrect information.
  4. All taxes, insurance, logistics and other expenses as the case may be, unless specifically stated, are the sole responsibility of the participant.
  5. Acceptance of any Rewards shall constitute consent on the participant’s part to allow the use of the participant’s name, image, video footage, voices and/or likeness by the Management for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or the other purposes without further compensation in any media for an unlimited period of time except where prohibited by the law.
  6. The Management’s decision regarding the rewards, and/or in every situation including any which is not covered under this Terms & Conditions, shall be final and binding on all participants, and no queries, challenges or appeals maybe made or entertained regarding the Management’s decision on the same. The receipt by any of the participant is conditional upon compliance with any applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
  7. Acceptance of the rewards shall constitute a release and discharge the Management, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agents by each of the participant from all liabilities, claims, demands, causes of action, and/or damages (including special, indirect and consequential losses) which the participant may have, whether known or unknown at the present time, of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or relating to: (i) the Campaign, (ii) personal injury and/or property damage, theft or loss suffered by the participant as a result of the use and/or enjoyment of the Redemption items, and/or (iii) any tax liabilities in relation to the Campaign, Reward items and/or use or enjoyment of the same.
  8. Each individual participating in the Campaign acknowledges that in respect of any Personal Information disclosed by him/her to the Management: a) he/she is authorized to disclose such Personal Information; b) such disclosure complies with Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and any Privacy Legislation from any country, within the geographical scope of the Campaign; c) he/she is consented to the use of such Personal Information by the Management (including, without limitation, the disclosure of such Personal Information to the Management’s external agencies or third parties); he/she have read, understand and agreed to this Terms and Conditions and consent to the processing of Personal Data as described in the Management’s Privacy Policy which is available at: under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
  9. The Management reserves the right to change, amend, and revise this Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time and the participant shall be bound to such changes.
